The Community Referral Network:


Here at Harcourts we applaud commitment to building a successful vibrant community and we want to help make even more of a positive difference.  We recognise the hurdles involved in fundraising so we wanted to extend a helping hand and invite local community groups to become members of our ‘Community Referral Network’. 


Harcourts has a long and proud history of giving and so Marlborough Real Estate 2008 Limited would like to offer the members of local community groups the opportunity to raise funds in a way that is easy and stress free.


It is simple.  If you have a friend, family member, neighbour or work colleague who refers a property listing to our company that results in a successful sale we will happily donate $500 directly to your chosen Community Referral Network Partner, if your communty group is not yet a member just let us know and we will get them signed up.


All you have to do is ensure you tell as many people as possible about it, in order to maximise the number of donations coming your way. We have referral cards for you to hand out to your members and artwork for you to use in your newsletters and promotional material in order to get the message to your supporters.  If you would like to become part of our ‘Community Referral Network’ please just email me chris.greenhill@harcourts.co.nz or ring me at the office on 578 0888. The Harcourts Foundation:

Providing support that helps, grows and enriches our communities.

Harcourts Marlborough is proud to be part of the Harcourts Foundation – a charity which supports hundreds of local community causes across New Zealand and Australia. 

We donate a percentage of every property sale we make to the New Zealand branch of the Harcourts Foundation, as well as raising money through specially organised fundraisers and events.

The Harcourts Foundation is a '100%' Charity with no management fees, salaries or running costs used from the foundation’s donation account. 

The foundation’s Directors, Coordinator, Accountant and Regional Ambassadors donate their time and expertise freely to running of the charity.

This means 100% of all the funds raised go directly to the charities we support.
